What to Expect
Friday

Arrive & Meet

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.


5:00 pm

Arrival. Settle in. Breathe. You’re here.


5:30 pm

Snacks & Drinks. Light bites. Mountain herbal tea or something cold to sip. Golden hour.


7:00 pm

Sauna & Slow Time. Wood-fired sauna. Cold air, fresh water. Jump in, or just lay back and watch the sunset.


8:30 pm

Dinner. Grandma’s campfire stew. Open fire. Grilled bread. You can smell it in the air. Made to be shared.


10:00 pm

Dock Stargazing. Blankets. The dock. The sound of water. A sky you forgot existed.


Saturday

Movement & Flow

Camping on a private lake with access to kayaks, boats, and fishing. Join the movement or stay back and relax in a soft hammock.


10:00 am

Breakfast. Shakshuka. Warm bread. Coffee, tea and fresh fruit served early.


11:00 am

Mountain Creek. We head into the forest to a cold mountain creek. Feet in the water, gold panning, a small waterfall nearby. Lunch and tea right by the water.


5:00 pm

Sauna & Chill. Heat. Water. Repeat. Snacks. Something to drink.


8:00 pm

Dinner. Fire. Grill. Shared table.


9:00 pm

Campfire Time. Games, music, singing by the fire. The night is yours!


Sunday

Return

We end our time together with a slow, intentional morning of yoga and breath work.


8:00 am

Coffee & Light Bites. Coffee. Herbal tea. Something simple to wake up.


9:00 am

Yoga & Sound. Slow movement. Breath. Sound healing in the forest.


10:00 am

Breakfast. Savory oats, eggs, warm bread.


11:00 am

Check-Out. Pack up. Take your time. This is the hardest part of the weekend.


Massage (included)

Each guest receives a 15-min session. If you missed it on Saturday this is your time!


  • Since I was a little girl, I've always loved camping in the summer, I used to look forward to it every year. That special feeling was almost impossible to recreate as an adult. But @base.caamp made it happen.
